Each villa has a lounge/dining room, 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin), newly fitted bathroom and newly fitted fully equipped kitchen.
The villas have their own private south facing patio complete with table and chairs to the rear of the property and a large naya to the front.
Next to the swimming pool there is a barbeque area with table and chairs for al fresco dining. There are also numerous sun loungers around the pool.
The villa is situated approx 1 mile from the town centre and beaches of Moraira.
These properties are ideal for 2 families or friends who want to holiday together but prefer to have their own facilities.
Prices
Prices are for one week.Prices include linen, which is changed once a week if staying more than one week. The price also includes regular pool cleaning and maintenance and all utilities.
25% deposit is required to book the villa with the remaining balance being paid eight weeks before arrival.
