The Property
A luxury newly built highly modern villa. The villa has five air conditioned bedrooms (3 with en-suite). The living/dining room is also air conditioned. The villa has Sat. TV, DVD player, Internet access stereo etc.
The outside areas of the villa retain the high level of luxury found on the inside.
Surrounding the swimming pool is a covered terrace. Here there is a large dinning table with chairs, a selection of comfy sofa’s as well as a large tv which is connected to the villa’s main entertainment centre. This area is the perfect place to enjoy long summer days by the pool whilst being cooled by the constant breeze of the ceiling fans which dotted across the entire terrace area. It is also ideal for summer evenings, where you can sit outside late into the night enjoying al fresco dining whilst watching SKY television or a DVD… The chance to watch Eastenders from a lilo in a swimming pool is an experience not to be missed.
Added to this, the barbeque area next to the terrace, complete with fridge and food preparation area makes it possible to spend pretty much your entire holiday outside, making the very most of the Mediterranean climate.

Prices
Prices are for one week. Bookings are Thursday to Thursday. Prices include linen, which is changed once a week if staying more than one week. The price also includes daily pool cleaning and maintenance and all utilities.
