Casa Panoramica is a family villa built over two floors, ideal for large families and friends who wish to holiday together. Located in a peaceful area on the hillside above Moraira with fabulous seaviews from El portet across to Calpe rock, yet the villa is just five minutes drive to the town centre of Moraira
The villa is set back from the road with its own private drive which has parking for four cars. From here it is 6 steps down to the main level of the villa with the entrance opening onto the lounge.
In the lounge/dining area you will find plenty of armchairs, satellite TV, video and DVD player. Leading off from this room through patio doors is a terrace with table and chairs where you can spend many hours looking out across the village of Moraira below while enjoying a glass of wine and taking in the fabulous seaviews.
The kitchen is also connected to the lounge. It is fully equipped with oven/hob, fridge/freezer microwave and washing machine. Leading from the kitchen is a hallway which takes you to one king size bedroom and one twin bedroom, both with air conditioning and a full bathroom.
On the lower level approached from the stairs in the lounge are 4 more air conditioned bedrooms. Two of these have kingsize beds with en suite and the other two each have two single beds. There is a bathroom on this level for the twin bedrooms to share. Three of these bedrooms have their own private terrace with table and chairs. This is an ideal place to start your day whilst enjoying the sea views over breakfast.
Leading from the downstairs of the villa is the pool area (this can also be accessed by steps from the main entrance of the villa). Here you will find the swimming pool and very large outdoor kitchen which has full cooker with oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer microwave etc. There is also a large table for your alfresco meals. This whoe area has magnificent views across Moraira and out to sea from El Portet across to Calpe rock.
To the other side of the villa you will find the entertainment area which has pool table, table tennis and hot tub. With all this to keep the young and old occupied you can be sure that everyone staying at Casa Panoramica will have a great holiday.

Prices are for one week. Bookings are Thursday to Thursday. Prices include linen, which is changed once a week if staying more than one week. The price also includes regular pool cleaning and maintenance and all utilities.

During Winter months the villa will be central heated at no extra cost to the guest.
If you require the pool to be heated an extra cost of approximately £200 per week is required. This is to cover the cost of the gas used to heat the system. unlike solar heating systems gas systems do actually heat the water in the pool up, allowing it to be enjoyed all year round.
