A Large Spacious villa situated in superb surroundings and within easy walking distance to the beach and town centre.
Casa Tara has 6 bedrooms and sleeps 10 guests.
The main bedroom has its own terrace which leads onto the pool area and gardens. there are 5 further bedrooms; two doubles and two twin, and one with with bunk beds.
The villa has a fully fitted modern kitchen complete with washing machine, microwave, dishwasher etc. There are also 2 shower rooms. The large lounge/dining room has with satellite TV and a video player.
The lounge leads out onto the patio area. The swimming pool is 8M by 4M plus alcove at one end (see picture above). The patio also has a barbeque as well as a shower. To the left of the patio area is grassed area which is also where you will find the hot tub spa.
Prices
Prices are for one week. Bookings are Tuesday to Tuesday Prices include linen, which is changed once a week if staying more than one week. The price also includes regular pool cleaning and maintenance and all utilities.
A 25% deposit is required to book the villa with the remaining balance being paid eight weeks before arrival.
