The Property

Casa Caribe is a beautiful villa, with a large private pool and vast sunny terrace. Sleeping a maximum of 10 people, it is ideal for families and friends wishing to visit Spain and the Costa Blanca. 

 

Located a mere 1 minute drive from the centre of the beautiful coastal resort of Moraira, offering beautiful beaches, boutique shops and markets, bars, restaurants and water sports, this lovely villa really does have every reason to visit.

 

Lovely villa with all day sunny aspect. Set in traditional, Mediterranean gardens. Well equipped incl. air con throughout (including all bedrooms), large private swimming pool surrounded by terraces and gardens. Short walk to beach and shops.  Located in Pla de Mar,  just 5 mins walk to the beach, bars and restaurants in the centre of Moraira.

The villa is on a large detached, private plot. As the pictures show, the outside of the villa is very spacious. It has a large swimming pool; a large terrace for sunbathing and there is an outside entertainment area which includes a tennis table, complete with gas barbecue and large dining table, perfect to enjoy the al fresco style of eating that Spain’s climate allows.​ A top floor balcony completes the outdoor space. Inside the property is on three floors which make it ideal for two families sharing.

 

On the main floor the front door leads into an open plan dining area and plan living room, with a fully fitted kitchen and utility room to the right. Also on this floor you will find a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.  

 

On the first floor there is a large master bedroom room with sliding doors to a large balcony, with its own ensuite and large wardrobe.

 

Downstairs you will also find another lounge and a further double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom.

 

All windows are double glazed with insect nets and roller shutters. The villa has air-conditioning and also central heating for the cooler months. The living room and master bedroom have flat screen TVs.

 

Arriving at the villa: you will be met by the property manager who will provide a tour of the villa and show you where everything is and how it works. You will be given their contact number should you need to make contact during your stay. They live locally in Moraira so will be on hand should you encounter any problems during your stay.​

Extras

​

We provide all bedding / linen ( one bath towel and one hand towel per person). One cot and one highchair. Any extra beds, mattresses, cots, linen or beach towels can be provided on request, charges will apply.
