Moraira

Moraira has grown from a fishing village to an attractive holiday and retirement resort. This picturesque village is perfect for relaxed family holidays. It’s beautiful marina, is home to many luxurious boats that sit in the clear blue Mediterranean waters. We enjoy over 300 days of sunshine per year with average summer temperatures in the high 20s deg C.To soak up all this sunshine Moriara offers a great choice of various sandy beaches and coves with clear blue waters. Most of these have blue flag status, frequented visited by snorkelers and scuba divers.

Getting around

You will also find a abundance of small café shops serving wonderful coffee, cakes and snacks. Ice cream parlours, supermarkets and many small boutiques shops selling shoes, clothes, jewellery, local produce and more will be found as you walk around the town. Moraira also offers a range of activities for the whole family to enjoy, from hiking, golf, tennis, cycling to scuba diving, parasailing, sailing lessons as well as quad biking and go-karting racing. Easily reached by car are some larger towns which are well worth visiting: Javea, Calpe, Denia and Altea are all within 15km, while Benidorm is only a 30 minute drive away. Alicante one hour south and Valencia one hour 15 minutes north.
