* Pool heating is available for approx 200 euro per week. This is to cover the cost of the gas used to heat the system. unlike solar heating systems gas systems do actually heat the water in the pool up, allowing it to be enjoyed all year round.

Location: This villa is located in El Portet just 500m / 5 mins walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. The centre of Moraira is a 15 minute walk along the coastline.

 

Outside space:

​

The villa is on a large detached, walled plot with plenty of space for car parking. It is surrounded by terraces on all sides which are mainly tiled with non-slip tiles. The plot is south facing and gets the sun all day long. There is a shaded outdoor kitchen and dining area with a large built in BBQ, worktops and sink.

As the pictures show, the outside of the villa is very spacious. It has a large swimming pool with Roman style steps into the pool for easy access; a large terrace for sunbathing and there is an outside entertainment area which includes a tennis table and an outside dining area, complete with built-in gas barbecue and large dining table, perfect to enjoy the al fresco style of eating that Spain’s climate allows.​ Two first floor balconies complete the outdoor space. 

 

Villa: Inside the property is on two floors which make it ideal for two families sharing.

 

On the ground floor the front door leads into a naya with dining area and open plan living room. Also on the ground floor is a fully fitted kitchen, double bedroom with ensuite shower room, bedroom with bunk beds and a separate bathroom.

 

On the first floor there is a large master bedroom room with sliding doors to a large balcony which overlooks the pool and has sea and mountain views, utility room, double bedroom with a small balcony, a twin bedroom and a bathroom.

 

All windows are double glazed with insect nets and roller shutters. The villa has air-conditioning and also central heating for the cooler months.

 

The living room and master bedroom have flat screen TVs and on the ground floor is a surround sound amplifier for great sound from the TV and your iPod.

 

Arriving at the villa: you will be met by the property manager who will provide a tour of the villa and show you where everything is and how it works. You will be given their contact number should you need to make contact during your stay. They live locally in Moraira so will be on hand should you encounter any problems during your stay.​

Excellent service offered with villa rental; 24 hour emergency callout service, should you have any queries or concerns. Meet and greet, welcome packs available. Personnel on call to ensure your stay is fully enjoyable.

Extras

​

We supply all bedding/linen (one bath towel and hand towel per person). One cot and one highchair. Any extra beds,mattresses, cots, linen or beach towels can be provided on request but charges will apply.
