Casa Emilia
Moraira
Casa Emilia is a luxury detached villa set in landscaped gardens.
The villa is built on two levels, each of which is fully independent of the other.
Both levels lead out onto the swimming pool which has a large patio area surrounding it.
The Property
On the lower level of the villa there is a double bedroom with full bathroom en suite, one double bedroom with shower en suite and two
further bedrooms which share a family shower room. There is also a fully fitted American style kitchen and lounge/dinning room.
The upper level of the villa is set out fairly similar to the lower. Both are the same size as each other and have the same number of bedrooms and bedroom types (One double with shower ensuite, one twin with shower en suite, and a further 2 twin bedrooms which share a fully fitted family bath room). The upper section also has a fully fitted American style kitchen and lounge/dinning room.
In each lounge there is sky tv and internet. Both kitchens are fully fitted with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher. There is a washing machine situated on the lower level for everyone to use if needed.
As the pictures show, the outside of the villa is very spacious. The swimming pool is T shaped, with one side of the T incorporating Roman style steps into the pool for easy access and the other side offering an integrated spa, this is a very rare feature and thus adds to the element of luxury that Casa Emilia offers.
The villa also has an outside entreatment area which includes a pool table, football table, tennis table and gym!
The pool is surrounded on all sides by a large patio area which is set in a large landscaped garden which includes a grassed children play area, numerous palm trees and a whole variety of Mediterranean plants. This allows guests the freedom to lounge around the pool side in very spacious and tranquil surroundings. Again this is a luxury not found amongst the majority of villas in the area.
To complement the spacious Mediterranean garden there is a large gazebo at one end of the swimming pool. This is perfect for sampling the al fresco style of eating that Spain’s climate allows and coupled with the barbeque house situated close by (which contains a large barbeque, fridge, outside hob, serving area etc) many guests may find that they never use either of the insides kitchens at all during their entire stay!
Excellent service offered with villa rental; 24 hour emergency callout service, should you have any queries or concerns. Meet and greet, welcome packs available. Personnel on call to ensure your stay is fully enjoyable.

We supply all bedding/linen (one bath towel and hand towel per person). One cot and one highchair. Any extra beds,mattresses, cots, linen or beach towels can be provided on request but charges will apply.

Pool heating is available for approx 400 euro per week. This is to cover the cost of the gas used to heat the system. unlike solar heating systems gas systems do actually heat the water in the pool up, allowing it to be enjoyed all year round.
